The aim of this project is the organization of a training for educators, teachers and career counsellors from Sivitanidios Public School of Trades and Vocations,

Athens within the following subjects:

• How the vocational and training system in Austria responds to the requirements of the labour market in Austria
• Training tools and structures with the focus on career guidance and counselling for vocational education students and graduates in Austria
• Apprenticeship training
• Study visits to local partners (social partners, vocational guidance centres)
• Methods of evaluating the quality and the results of training tools, structures, programmes and activities on career guidance and counselling for vocational education students
